I loved my wedding buffet, it was a variety of tapas (and yes lots of legit vegetarian stuff alongside meaty stuff) and really the only way to satisfy everyone. So long as you have an open wine/beer bar no one should complain (and even then if you don’t and complain they’re assholes).
