I’d say its actually one of the easiest games to learn. A is pass, B is shoot, X is long pass/cross, Y is through ball. That’s all you really need to know. And start off on amatuer or semi pro and you won’t get beaten by MLS teams. Also don’t play as MLS teams unless you enjoy not having any control at all.

Eh the newer NHL games really showcase how hockey is untranslatable to video games cause so much depends on the goali, and therefore not the player. You can outshoot someone 40-15 but if you’re starting Tomas Vokoun and he’s starting Henrik Lundqvis you’re probably gonna lose.

FIFA is the only sports game which gets consistently better each year, and the only one worth playing at this point, unless Pro Evo can get its shit back together. NBA 2k has serious problems with the passing engine (and has forever) and holy shit Madden is just the worst. It’s unplayably bad.
