I had the same thought. Nobody see’s a cop movie/show and thinks it’s a violation of privacy when they do a good old fashion stakeout, but somehow a police camera doing the exact same thing is different/worse?
Who puts a guard rail in between lanes that don’t have any sort of median between them? And it’s a narrow curved road so you either have to substantially widen the lanes or semi’s/vehicles with trailers won’t be able to make the turn.
The F150 hybrid has the 3.5 ecoboost, why would they compare it to the 2.7l engine and not compare it to the 3.5 ecoboost trim
It reminds me of those memes that go
So you’re telling me they made a YouTube channel to profit off the misfortune of others, instead of asking their local city or county to install a guard rail, adjust the speed limit, and add warning signs leading up to the curve?
I get cars like the new Dodge EV “needing” to make a lot of noise to appease the redneck “they took our jobs” target market
Well to be fair, if the sun is out, the trunk will be lit via the windows between the truck bed and the cabin, but still seems like they could/should have easily done like every other manufacturer and use glow in the dark material for the trunk release.
Well given that there are countless companies expending endless effort and money into trying to develop vehicles that can JUST fly useful distances and struggling, I’m going to go out on a limb and say Tesla’s side project is probably not going to pan out to be a vehicle that serves as both a functional ground and…
What’s especially insane is that ~245 miles per day means this car has averaged just over 10MPH in its lifetime. Like not 10MPH when in use, but since this thing rolled off the assembly line, on average every hour of its life it has moved 10 miles.
I was thinking the same, buyer will probably be some youtuber who thinks they can drum up 9k worth of clicks with videos like “I took my million mile Explorer on a 2000 mile road trip! You won’t believe what happened after 1,500 miles!”
Honestly for the food court, this will probably be a huge benefit to the paying members.
Honestly you probably aren’t saving money making your own, hard to beat their $1.50 including a soda.
Agreed, I hope this gets back to the owner of the car or the service shop. If I knew what shop this was, I would definitely avoid them and advise any family/friends to do the same based on this story.
To be fair, for a Rubicon without a single additional option you’re starting at over 50k and that won’t have the big tires/winch/etc let alone any of the upgrades needed to support the additional downstream of the engine.
But as an investigative, undercover vehicle, you’d think a Fed would want something a little less… noticeable. The Wagoneer L is a full inch longer than a Chevy Suburban
I hate tesla and this truck and anyone who buys one
I already have to spend the first portion of a doctor visit answering a bunch of questions to the nurse/physician’s assistant just for the doctor to come in and re-ask all the exact same questions. Is this just going to add a third layer I have to answer all the same questions for?
The service ran from 2009 until 2020, running up to twice a day and using the same BA1 to BA4 flight numbers that Concorde used to fly, according to Instagram user @abbiecheesey.
Kind of a weird way to phrase the headline, almost implying the police are somehow at fault and somehow it was their intent to chase her into the ocean?
