But that wouldn't be the blog version of a Roadkill episode.

I’m excited to read about this adventure. I love wrenching but I am particular about wrenching at home, with all of my tools, in my heated garage (david, you can heat yours for cheap with propane or kerosene). I would (and have) personally just towed vehicles like this. Rent a uhaul trailer and drive in the comfort of

Reminder: This list and every Podmass is just AVClub recommending whatever fits their milquetoast neo-liberal agenda. Refer to comments section for what people actually are listening to and enjoying.

The more I look at it, the less ugly it gets.

Was looking for this one. Thanks for sharing!

Came here for this...leaving happy😊

The original plan was for a tri-wing. As the Wheeler Dealers found out, it actually would’ve added more downforce.

I’ll just leave this here.

Taking his SRT-4 for a swim is the only dumb move to which the owner is admitting. What other evils lurk in the heart of the black beast? I want a DD I can drive, rather than a shade-tree mechanics 2 year project. I’m sure there are plenty of Jalops out there to take on this project, and they are welcome to it. For me

#3 - that’s brutal, if a brake job stings and you are taking 6 year loans, why on earth would you ever consider moving into the luxury segment where everything just costs more? Good grief some people need a swift kick in the head.

Also worrying that you might have to replace the car because you needed to do a brake job is like thinking you need a new fridge because the ice trays are empty. I don’t know how they’re worried that cost would outweigh being upside down on another loan for the better part of a decade.

I don’t work in healthcare, but I do cost estimates in my line of work. A couple things stand out:

Self driving trucks are going to come first to the world. The reason is simple. Money.

This Veneno on this color has to be one of the most ugly supercars ever made

IMHO, you did it right.  If you are going with a domestic sports car from Ford, Dodge or Chevy, the V8 is the way to go because otherwise, whats the point?  Its like going to a world class burger joint and order a veggie patty.

Or a SS1LE. Or a actual Focus RS. All of these seem to be better options.

But for the same $42K, wouldn’t you really rather just have the V8 GT?

Give the damn car the 250HP and 200lb-ft of torque it deserves.

Fuck that torque dip. It made the FR-S feel slower than the heavier and slightly less powerful Civic Si I replaced with it.
