Meh. I liked the ending(s). I get the feeling most hate it because it didn't end up with Shepard standing in triumph and then going for some beers with her crew.

I'll keep saying this. By most accounts, 4K is enough resolution for professional digital cinema projection. Short of an IMAX, this is deep into diminishing returns territory, especially for PC monitors.
The only reason my computer would weep is because of the ending. Hey-oh!
It has been my practice for a long while to not drink from any container which either hasn't been opened in my presence or filled in my presence. A random cup sitting on a table or desk is not a safe choice for drinking. A job interview may be a, "safe place," but not everyone's idea of safe is the same.
To get a Super Bowl cities typically need a new stadium - New Orleans, Tampa, Miami excepted due to fabulous weather. And who usually pays for at least part of the new stadiums? Minnesota taxpayers ponied up $506 million for the new one there.
It's in the banana stand.
If you open up the attached document, clause F is "local NFL team is not allowed to participate in Super Bowl" which the Vikings were more than willing to accommodate.
It's the nature of the beast. I've been on and off in the industry since '06 sometimes I think why I even bother.
Shoes are one of the things I try not to skimp on. You should spend money on things that come between you and the earth: shoes, mattress/linen and tires.
Anyone who dares to criticize what Google does = "Luddite"
This is an alternate history fantasy, but the game is set in 1866, as the title suggests. At that time, it would have been normal for an Englishman to use feet as a system of measurement.
It was an awful system of measurement back then, too. :P
seriously? Fps's are over done. I like seeing my character. Fps is a lazy way to make a game.
The difference is Conan doesn't take them seriously and that makes it even better.
Now that Japan has White Castle, I may visit.
And console games would look better if they never had to focus any attention on PC versions. That's why console exclusives are generally more impressive than ported software. This is a silly argument.
You clearly missed the part of this story where Carmack was working on the Oculus long before he "joined" them. Here's a video from E3 2012 where he discusses months of work modifying and improving the Oculus, all while employed by Id:
Thats the best argument I've seen about this. And I acknowledge how true it is. But this to me sucks too. What is to stop some company from releasing an online game, and you sign away ownership via a license, and then a day later they pull the plug on the game. Suddenly you're out a bunch of money and legally…
I've read differently, John was contributing ALOT to OCRift. Over the several months he worked their prior to leaving ID you saw ALOT of tech that he showed off at a prior E3 that I went to. (I believe 2010 or 2011). If he did develop these tech's on Zenimax property or during the development of a Zenimax product(even…
Who spoiled what?
from the description it sounds like you are on the ship. You control it, but possibly have a crew and can dabble in fps or tps style boarding and fighting.
