You’re not being honest. Claiming that it is conditional on something that has already occurred IS claiming it

Your inability to grasp the two obvious flaws that were pointed out to you doesn’t magically mean that they don’t exist.

If your proposal made sense even to you, then you could answer the questions and would have no need to lie. That you refuse indicates that you recognize your mistake.
