Pretty much only Microsoft is in the camp of trying to preserve all the games from their ecosystem, but even then it’s still a matter of the publishers signing off on allowing them to do it, which a lot of them aren’t.
Yeah, it’s really disappointing how little respect these companies have for their history, and how few companies are making real strides when it comes to preserving classic games and keeping them playable for everyone.
See, this is why backwards compatibility should be standard practice. I’m not talking popping a disc in the system and having it work, I’m talking digital. Preserve these older games, in a semi-updated fashion, so that they can be enjoyed forever rather than forgotten to time. I bought an adapter for my old systems so…
You really should. Still one of my all-time favorite animes. Beginning to end.
Oh god, I remember that scene! Some time after FMA Brotherhood Ep.15 I think? Really brings back some memories watching it. (Which I never finished.)
I detect high levels of bait.
But it needs 3rd party Indie stuff.

You found an interesting way to spell “winner”.
Basically Splatoon but for losers like me.
And, of course, the Orthodox Fundamentalist Faction of the Nintendo Faithful are out in force, defending this, already.
“the PS4 tries to take a screenshot for any achievement, and so a warning comes up on the screen saying it’s blocked every time it tries”
I own a copy. Doooooooon’t caaaaaaarrrre.
That’s what I’m wondering- are they worried it could harm a future PC port or are they not even bothering (given the state of PC gaming in Japan, which is not good)?
That’s assuming that the person in question has a PS4 or PS3. If you are solely a PC gamer Persona 5 is absolutely not worth buying a console for. Just port the damn game, exclusives are bullshit.
I’d buy a switch to play this on the go.
People would support it, if it was on other platform than playstation, like PC/xbox/switch
Seems like Atlus is trying to do what Nintendo and Sony(Which Failed) on removing emulator which are protected by law. Seems like Atlus still works in some archaic manner which is prob from the JP Side.
