well, song is actually pretty important / a huge part of the US college rugby experience, I must say. Can’t speak for anyone else.

I call this “The Curse of the Self Righteous” All that fury and energy but directed at the smallest potatoes you could unearth.

“Let the stars decide”

Because they don’t blindly endorse nonsense from a group that happens to think they’re feminists?

I think it was just the right amount of flippancy. The group earns such dismissiveness with their nonsense.

Fantastic letter.

Well I think this letter about the filing of a Title IX complaint creates a chilling environment on campus, thus necessitating it’s own Title IX complaint. \sarcasm

I’m so done with jezebel.

The whole thing that bugs me about this Caitlyn Jenner media blitz is that said media seems to be absolving itself of any guilt by praising Jenner for her courage. I think it would be better to praise her for her endurance, because she tried damn hard to keep this shit in the privacy of her own home, only to have

Eh. I wouldn’t agree with that, necessarily. GM and Jezebel especially kind of cover uninteresting bullshit that no one actually cares about on a fairly regular basis. If other sites that don’t do that as often are making something of it they might think it’s important, but given the way this article is written I

You really don’t realize that the “somebody” instead of “Jenner” WAS the joke?

Same here. It definitely struck me as a joke about her media saturation over the past week, not about her transition. But everybody is in kneejerk mode with this story right now, so anything that’s not 200% positive about her is going to be called transphobic. I swear, our country has turned into Quahog/South

Like him or not, Clint Eastwood is a fine director and a very good actor.

Pretty much any award show ever.

My partner worked on this pathetic excuse for an “award” show, and said Eastwood was actually one of the few presenters who was funny and DeNiro is the one who needs to be sent away on an ice float. This was all prior to this non-story making the rounds. (You do realize you’re just feeding the beast here, Jezebel?).

Both Fonda and Tomlin get executive producer credits; the two supporting actors don’t. Even if they’re getting the same paychecks for their thespic skills, I’m guessing the two women are making out better overall than Waterston and Sheen. And I’m glad there’ll be a season two; it’s not epically fabulous, but it’s lots

Eddie Murphy said the exact same thing as Seinfeld did about playing colleges but no one batted an eye because he’s black.

So Jane Fonda made a bad decision. Wouldn’t be the first time and won’t be the last i’m sure.

They’re producers on the show. They kind of are among the powers that be for it.

*sound of rage balloons deflating reverberates across globe. somewhere in the distance, jerry seinfeld can be heard speaking. inflating intensifies*
