It can depend on the background pattern used, too - I’m pretty good at them (like I don’t even have to think about it), but the red one (a character with like a plumed costume) and especially the yellow one (sunglasses) barely came together and kept dropping out for me.

I love this comment so much. I read CPM’s original review before watching the show and so I was prepared to be unimpressed and/or bored, but I found it delightful and also weird in the right places and also fairly tightly-plotted.
