I just weaned from breastfeeding my 11 month old and I want to lose weight. I am not happy with what I look but that doesn’t bother me as much as how much my body hurts...I get knee pain from walking anywhere, the weight is physically exhausting me.

I figured it was a form of torture in order to repent for all the dirty wrongs us humans do....didn’t know it made you high!

Here’s the weird thing about us early 80s kids if we are gen-x then we are in the same generation as people born in the 60s....I feel like there is a definite generational divide between me and my mom’s younger sister...

Right but I was born in 1981 and my parents had cable before I was born...so you being from a rural area isn’t how generations are formed.

I went to a midwife practice where I saw them all. Believe me, I had my favorites and I had the women I detested. When I called in labor the woman I detested was the midwife on rounds, I was crushed. Luckily her shift was over 7 hours later and my favorite midwife from the practice was the woman who delivered my son.…
