If someone tells me they only have 10 days of vacation so there is no way they could take a 10 day vacation....its just half their vacation times. I know as someone whose had 10 days of vacation for many years....you can take that time off. Vacation usually means paid time, so it should have zero effect on your wage.

to take a 10 day vacation, one does not need to take 10 vacation, you can vacation on weekends too. If you plan it right you can do 10 days with just 5 days PTO.

The Future Mr. Rams and I love our micro adventures. We supplement our yearly aventures with 3-4 adventures. I don’t know how people just vacation at the same place every year, I want to see something new. Even pretty regular stuff when its brand new to you is awesome!
