For sure it’s fun, but don’t expect someone else to end up paying full price for it when you go to sell it.

I actually have 3 exhaust options for my car at the moment. I normally run around with Flowmasters, but have a pair of muffler deletes I can bolt on in less than 10 minutes when I feel like sounding like a NASCAR, and have a full catback swap to a Corsa Sport system sitting behind the house that I need to have the…
Just think about how much money he’ll lose when he goes to sell it and you’ll feel a lot better.
Poorly modified cars suck. Correctly modified cars can be SO much better than stock. The issue is that to properly modify a car you have to spend quite a bit more money than to do it the crappy way.
We know, it’s just too easy of a target (speaking of WWII and later). Prior to that they were a major force for centuries.
Who’s upset the PS4 Pro doesn’t do 4k/60? Sony never even came close to promising that. They said it would run games at 4K (it does) and provide performance improvements to current games (it does).
Ahh, he meant put it back together so he could drive it around while waiting. I didn’t pick up on that before, thanks.
You mean the 4k gaming part, or the most powerful console ever part? Because both of them are technically true, so I don’t understand why you’re upset. They haven’t even officially announced specs or pricing yet, so how can you be disappointed?
You realize that presenting technically correct insignificant minutia as world-changingly spectacular is essentially the entire job description of every marketing department everywhere, right?
That attorney in Florida sounds like an idiot. To wit:
If it IS the most powerful console ever and does offer a better experience than any other console, then their marketing is legitimate. I haven’t heard them say it will compete with a high-end $1k+ computer, just comparing it to what’s available on the console market today.
Yeah, for $29k that’s a nice car. For $40k? I’ll hop on over to Ford or Chevy and get something RWD.
The badge isn’t really the point, I just don’t find there to be any VW cars interesting enough for me to drop $40k on. At that price I could get a nicely equipped Camaro or Mustang which are much more interesting to me than a FWD-based hatchback.
2 reasons. First is because I keep my cars a long time so VW isn’t even on my list of possible purchases (I’m not owning one after the warranty runs out).
Good thing he’s adding stickier, wider tires to it, then!
Yeah, if I’m spending $40k it won’t be on a Golf. Or a VW for that matter.
Just curious, why would a burnout do damage to a differential if both wheels are spinning?
If you must destroy a vehicle, a PT Cruiser is a great place to start.
Isn’t that discrimination against sexual preference?
It’s the pattern of the pants. I’m actually taking them back to the pants store right now.
