I am familiar with a Chevy Spyder. It had nothing to do with if the top came off or not, but the existence of a snail in the engine bay.

That car just looks like it reeks of vapes and protein powder farts.

Woof.

Overpriced and beaten like a rented mule.  ND.

I own a c5 and I love my C5. For the price is it is a fantastic car to drive. Granted I paid 12k and not 32k. I would never pay 32k for someone else’s track car.

The C5 was the first Corvette to have its transmission mounted behind the torque tube and it stayed that way until the C8. Please double check your sources and correct the article

Considering how flippant they were in that sorta-apology tweet and the original poster telling them to fuck off, I’m going to go with “no lessons learned.”

Repo men are getting bolder.

I’m having a hard time understanding why you would get this over any other FWD sport compact from the 90s. This car is a close call—unlike the blatantly bad cars that have popped up lately. Not that many miles, appears to good shape for its age, polarizing styling that you either love or hate (I like), and a reasonable price.

This was not your friend. <shrug> I hope he sued for lots of money.

Exactly this. This was not a Sunday School teacher out for a drive.

Five plainclothes officers from a tactical unit for a seatbelt violation? I doubt it. Probably this guy was under surveillance already and the seatbelt violation was just an excuse to bring him in for questioning. I suspect we’ll learn more about what went down and why in the coming days.

Yes, yes they are. Because they expect the promised range, and that is how Tesla calculated that range. There is no defending this.

Genuinely surprised there was less than $2k at the house. Any of those SWAT guys building a new deck or installing a pool?
