So, just like Jezebel?

“I can’t help but think that the justice system continues to make examples out of women who dare to ...”

“In the past a “negative tweet” was anything posted by someone with a conservative view.”

Nahhhh. No way he cares about what his employees think.

Ohh I am sure people have explained. They were then promptly fired.

A self-professed champion of Freeze Peach like Elon championing shadowbanning really is maximum hypocrisy. Shadowbanning has always been ethically iffy, morally repugnant and just generally shitty, cowardly behavior, to now embrace it and make it official policy is a new low for our worst hero and savior ever.

not enough. He is killing two companies at one time. Teslas stock has dropped 50 dollars since oct 27th. And will probably fall even more because of twitter.

You may not like him, I don’t like him, but he was on firm ground firing those folks. It’s pretty thin to say that the employees were fighting “for better working conditions” which is where the protection lies, because they led off with criticism of Musk, specifically, and then asked for more inclusive policies.

I think when used car prices begin to be actual deals again, there’ll be room for them to expand again. But used car prices are almost the same as new prices, so when given a choice, people are buying new now that new cars are becoming available again.

How has that worked for all the other far right social media websites?

This thought has crossed my mind as well.

I’m so outraged that people got fired for criticizing their boss. Never before in history has this happened. What ever happened to free speech allowing these folks to say whatever they want without consequences?

By the Eli Lilly’s lawyers do much of anything, Twitter will be history.

Breaking news: Talking shit about your CEO can and most likely will get you fired. Twitter and SpaceX employees should be smart enough to know this.

Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences.

You can criticize your boss all you want, doesn’t mean you are going to have a job after it.

Probably lawsuits.

Let me get this straight...

Everyone is “used” to paying these prices by now,”

I wouldn’t say ‘deadly dull’, but it’s definitely an otherwise ok movie with a single standout action scene. I’m not sure I get why it needs a remake, given that there are a lot of other stories in the same vein that could be told, but it’s not like it couldn’t be improved by a lot.

As someone who rails against remakes being made, I find myself not having a problem with this one. The original is a deadly dull film with a couple of key exceptions, and I would like to see Cooper in what I assume will be a gritty police procedural.
