I fully understand the environmental benefits of cooking with electric burners, but there are benefits to “cooking with gas.”

If you’re living down here in south Florida, the results of this study aren’t surprising.

OK hoser, let’s try this reply to you separately:

I think that’s incredibly naïve at best, and disingenuous at worst.

I don’t know if Category 1 is ever going to run out, as eventually your Category 3 folks will qualify and manufacturers will be catering to them. By that point at the expense of your Category 2 holdouts.

How’d that go? Oh, yeah ...

For a cheap standing desk, look to graphics supply houses and check out their drafting tables. I’m tapping this reply out on one that I bought used for $60. New, they can be found for $120-$150 all day long.

Be grateful that this rig has a manual transmission. Audis of this era had fragile transmissions made of pure unobtainium. Like wrecking yards selling them needing rebuilds for a couple of grand worth of unobtainium. Which is why so many of these were scrapped like 25 years ago, and why it’s so hard to find one today.

You’ve got a point.

Did you think that was the right answer?

I don’t know if he’s going to get until after he gets out of jail.

Got a friend flying down from PHL to PBI this morning. He was scheduled to wheel away from the gate at 7:11 am, got boarded 15 minutes ago to get wheels up at around 9:45.

This cowboy can keep his Cadillac, er, Lincoln. No Dice.

You are a genuine smartass and I would like to subscribe to your newsletter.

Or again, since he wasn’t allowed to participate in any capacity but ponying up the cash, would not participate.

*checks notes*

You say that like Cadillac doesn’t make V6 engines. Or like they’re not phasing out V8 engines right now. And going electric, like every other car manufacturer involved with Formula One.

I got another one:

I actually admire the interior restraint. And the fact that seat belts are provided for every seating position.

I could live with the exterior’s aesthetic issues. Porsche-nistas may be offended, but on the mean city streets those are badges of courage.
