TBF Cincy is the 36th largest Nielsen market, and there are 5 NFL markets that are smaller if you include Las Vegas.

I’m not going to lie, I like Cincinnati as a city. I spent an enjoyable weekend there a couple years back and had lots of fun. I’m not saying it’s my first choice if I were to move, but if I somehow ended up there I’d be like “cool”.
