As a BMW enthusiast, trust me when I say that there are many many things that BMW deserves to be criticized for. However, I don't think the way they name their chassis and engines is one of them. All I am asking is why you dislike alphanumeric designations? BMW did not invent them nor are they the only one to use

    Why? Damnit!!!! Why?!?!?!?

How is having an alphanumeric designation system crack pipe? Using a designation such as the E34 is a hell of a lot better than having to write the third generation 5-Series or the 1988-1996 5-Series every time.

A little on the high side, but still within the realm of reasonibility.

Sad. I always hoped the inline six Falcons would make it stateside. I have always thought of them as poor mans BMWs.

Mercedes may have one the race, but Maxime Martin will be the one that stays in my memories. His racing was absolutely incredible. I hope to see more of him in the coming years!

    The BMW E9.

    Ahh..

What exactly is an experimental forrest?

bondo..... Lots and lots of bondo.

It is always sad to hear of a death, especially one that could have been prevented. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Yeah. I could do that. But as a potential customer if they completely fuck me over by making it AWD only, I don't even want to represent the brand any more. I know this sounds like I am over reacting, but BMW used to be a shining beacon of hope in the sea of beige and pedstrian safety laws that is the modern auto

I am 99% confident that is not the final line up. That being said if it is, I am done with BMW for good. Scratch that, with the exception of picketing their showrooms, I am done with BMW.

Key word there is "was called the 3 series coupe". The E92 is a f*cking giant compared to the older 3ers.

But this is a good niche. A small rwd coupe.

Speedmonkey deserves a medal. Just saying...

That is amazing that he even survived inpact.

The new Vanquish. I have always fantasized about touring Europe in a V12 Aston. I know its a tad clichè, but f*ck the haters!

    About five bucks honestly

It is worth noting that while the Model S is pretty much a brand new car, the current S-Class is a few days away from becoming the old S-Class. The 7-Series, while it just had an LCI, is still over 4 years old. As for the A8, it has never really sold in great numbers.
