And for the record, I only said the TITLE was yellow journalism.

“No, we wouldn’t. Do not presume to speak for me. I would certainly suspect as much but I would not live and die on that assumption.”

Being apolitical is different from being unbiased. I agree 100% Tyler usually fairly apolitical in that he does not talk about politics a whole lot. However, his unbiasedness when he does talk about politics is yet to be determined. I think we can all agree that Gawker as a whole is liberal. Which is why I am

No, its the fact that we all know Hillary more than likely won’t get the same treatment from Gawker. I’d love for Tyler to prove me wrong at least for Foxtrot Alpha (and I hope he does), but if you think Gawker as a whole has a reputation for being tough on Democrats, then I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

No shit? I thought they built the car knowing they were complete morons.

I counted 167 F-22’s. According to the USAF, they have 183 aircraft. Is there a reason why it is 16 planes short?

People struck by vehicles at 25 mph are 50 percent less likely to die than at 30 mph, statistics show.

Don’t get me wrong, I know why the Marine Corps exists. And I understand why they need helicopters and even to an extent the Osprey. I don’t see why they need a multi-role fighter. Wouldn’t something closer to the A-10 be much better at CAS (which I’m assuming would be the primary misson of any armed Marine Corps

I just read it. The word “Marine” was only used six times. None of which codified it as a “combined arms force in readiness”. All that document said was that it is part of the Navy. I’d really hope the Marines have a better justification for having their own air force than because it makes a better sounding acronym.

The only time I’ve ever seen a B17 was at an airshow in Memphis (where I live). It was the Memphis Belle after it had be taken from the city due to us not taking care of it. It had been stripped down and was going through restoration I believe.

Can someone explain to me why the Marines even need an air arm? Why can’t they just get the Army’s, Airforce’s and Navy’s aircraft to do things for them?

The UAE knows their oil is going to run out eventually, which is why they are trying so hard to become the Middle East version of some combination of New York City, Las Vegas, and Disney World. They’re trying hard to get tourism and businesses by creating an image of outrageous wealth. And they are hedging their bets

    *alright

I think he was just niave enough for round 1 but just doesn’t want to admit it.

That is true. He does have to be on his best behavior.

It flies. When Tyler said it was a prop he was saying that its justr being used for the announcement and that it won’t be flying Perry around as his campaign plane. Although that would be pretty badass if it was his campaign plane.

    We’ll see.

C’mon thats only three people in a crowd of well over 100.

At least he doesn’t hide his official work documents on a personal server and then delete it when someone asks to see it.

Perry was just flat out unprepared for the last election. I think he’ll do better this time round. Not sure if he’ll be the nominee, but I really don’t think he’ll be the laughing stock he was last time.
