I think it's cathartic to watch something super sad and just sit there and wallow in it. It's a good release when you're feeling stressed or down about something specific. Sometimes a good cry during a sad movie actually puts me in a better mood afterward.

His willingness to call out himself and other men on this type of bullshit is the A-number one reason I love him.
