Or he can offer cities the opportunity to pay him not to hold rallies and events.

If that’s the worst, I can handle it. He can’t pardon his way out around state laws.
Their total lack of responsibility definitely seems to be hurting DeSantis and Trump in Florida.
My concern is that if his supporters start believing (or pretending to believe) that the election was stolen, things could get really bad.
Trump has never done anything quietly, so no, he won’t. Even if he gives up power on schedule, he’s going to do everything he can to salvage his reputation with his fans, and that’s going to mean endless complaints about a rigged election, mail-in ballots, illegal voting, etc....
Gimenez said he was waiting to see if existing restaurant restrictions stabilize Miami-Dade’s coronavirus rates before enacting further closures.
This should be the case whether there’s a pandemic or not. There’s no reason women should need to pick this up at a pharmacy.
When they complain about the things Fauci got wrong back in Feb-Apr, those are things that Trump is STILL getting wrong. How do you complain that Fauci was anti-masking the public early in the epidemic while praising Trump, who is basically still anti-making? Heads should be popping from this level of cognitive…
Too funny that she thought posting this was a good idea. Whoops!
But how the incident in Tampa was addressed is also worth reflecting on. According to Chronister, part of the reason Amin was dismissed and charged so quickly is because his fellow officers reported his behavior.
So synonymous with the Washington Losers.
That’s good. Or maybe just “Snyder’s Losers”. The good people of DC have suffered enough already.
They should honor the team’s proud tradition of success by renaming them the “Washington Losers”.
Fair enough. I think confidence and momentum can be really good, as long as people remember that they still have to vote in November, even if Biden wasn’t their first pick (he wasn’t mine, but I’m voting for him). I do hope the statisticians refrain from assigning probabilities to a Biden success.
I don’t disagree, although I’d like to see what happened before the video started.
On the other hand, Disney World absolutely LOVES the coronavirus, so I think that’s worse.
I did watch the whole video. There was a lot of escalation going on, and we don’t get to see the alleged bumping that started the whole thing. But I didn’t anything that would warrant jumping out of a car and pointing a gun at people.
I don’t think it’s likely, but if Cohen can be sent to jail for carrying out Trump’s orders, then presumably Trump can be sent to jail for giving those orders. And I think there are a lot of other crimes that he’s gotten away with for a long time because no one has taken him seriously enough to really investigate them.
Wow, that’s pretty condescending. Here’s reality: every recent poll in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina has Biden ahead, frequently by double digits. Most polls of Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Florida have Biden ahead. All of this can be found at https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls.
The state-level polls are also showing a big win in the EC. Biden is extremely strong in the necessary swing states, and is even threatening in traditionally red states like Arizona. It’s definitely not in the bag, but the indicators are very good, and are much better than they were for Clinton. At this point in time…
