I know what you mean. Sorry for thinking you were just fucking with people. I get accused of that a lot too but I really do enjoy just...talking about things.

This week I have been obsessed with this 1991 show. It’s amazing. The band is on fire and they turn a bunch of not-great Kill Uncle songs into showstoppers.

Also, if the question is also why do people like Morrissey’s non-Smith songs, here are some beautiful solo songs that I can’t imagine anyone not liking and that I think are equal to The Smiths:

I mean it’s like describing why you like chocolate. It’s hard to describe.

Congrats on being the 800th person to make this dumb joke whenever there’s a Morrissey article here.

Yeah fuck Morrissey for having strong principles about horrific animal abuse and double fuck him for having strong principles about police brutality? I don’t even get this stance. I didn’t love seeing that video at his show either but do you...disagree with the message? For some people it may be an eye opener. It’s

Morrissey’s solo songs are also good songs, and his voice is interesting and nice. You’re not sincerely asking for a “reason” people like him, right?

Uh...yes? I am a fan of The Smiths and Morrissey’s music and his singing. Now you have your answer.

This is something that really interests me, and it’s incredibly tricky waters because it’s so easy to come off as racist (or wanting things to be racist?) I know what you mean with the commercials...Whenever there’s this multicultural group all hanging out and being dorks together to laugh about laundry detergent or

Well guess what, I don’t like any religious organizations. But it bothers me that she’s a scientologist because of the slave labor and abuse and other horrendous shit that is common knowledge at this point, and because even the very roots of Scientology is a scam, whereas maybe the bible could be some sort of comfort

A better comparison than Miss March would be the various army/war sketches Whitest Kids have done, which are all pretty funny.

“But her description of Weiner as a showrunner rings true to what I already know about him”

I guess I’m naive because I was completely shocked by this.

Moss being a scientologist disturbs me enough.

At least Weiner isn’t actually IN Mad Men so I can try to watch it and enjoy it on some level if I try hard not to think about him.

A Gregghead, I guess?

They didn’t even bother to give even a dumb explanation for how he lived. He just did.

What homage to Eyes Wide Shut? Huh?

That’s not what Jon is laughing at. He’s laughing in a mocking way because to him, “tweets” are ridiculous and he’s acting as if the guy’s question therefore is also ridiculous. “I didn’t see the ‘tweets’”, the quotation marks within tweets aren’t blatant but kind of implied by the way he says it.

Yeah...(nice user name btw.) I do think there’s a lot more gray area in terms of the people surrounding these scandals and what they should be expected to do. It’s not on them to out victims of sexual assault. It could ruin multiple people’s lives, including the victims.
