Would this not have required a WARN listing?

There’s nothing in the CA WARN listings for Tesla...

(for those unaware, WARN is short for “Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification”, a law that requires employers to provide at least 60 days notice of a large layoff)

Okay, fine. Here’s TOYOTA as a f*cking source. The GX/American LC is the Prado. The LX is the Land Cruiser. They are distinctly different.

The new American “Land Cruiser” is the J250/LC250 Land Cruiser Prado, as is the Lexus GX.

Wait until you hear about how much of it we consume every single day.

I’m the owner of two EVs (we have zero gasoline in the house), and all of your criticisms are valid. My only counter would to be to also account for some other variables/benefits of EV ownership (although they are admittedly smaller). Examples: EVs require significantly less maintenance. EVs can be turned “on” in a

Well, at least kudos to Rivian for running a pinch sensor all around the frunk lid.

Spring Break should be a “blowout”! (•᷄- •᷅ ;)

Delta’s fleet is also a higher percentage of Airbuses, so you tend to have more options if trying to avoid Boeing altogether.

Living in the world’s busiest hub for both United and Southwest, it’s pretty much fly Boeing or drive.

Even today...I’ve visited the Arlington plant (full-size GM SUVs) a few times, and right next to each other on the line, you’ll see a Yukon, Escalade, Tahoe, and Suburban all getting assembled together and all pulling from the same giant warehouse of body-in-whites, those all delivered from the other side of the

Even new cars have quirks. Our Rivian will not let you drive with the door open. Sounds like a perfectly sound safety setting, but when you’re just trying to adjust the car a couple feet at a campground and need to look under you (the cameras only go so far), it will move 2 inches, then slam it into Park and yell at

My dad bought a ‘98 Ford Explorer, and I remember seeing this in the showrooms when we were bouncing from Ford dealership to dealership trying to shop around for the best deal. Even then, I thought it was a weird concept, and it’s only gotten worse.

hahaha. I was waiting for someone to bring up the Dave Chappelle version. Classic.

I know I am in the minority, but I genuinely liked (and still do) the looks of the 3rd gen Eclipse...maybe the Dirty Vegas Mitsu commercial just hit me harder.

idk...I think the mid-90's Taurus was the blobbiest of them all.

We owned a T8 XC90 (only moved on after it was wrecked by a drunk driver). It was oddly one of the more reliable parts of the vehicle. Certainly outperformed the squeaky seats, the leaky roof, the electronics....etc

I had a 4runner...I get the tried and true part. But why spend $50,000 on a 2024 model, when you can spend half on what is literally the exact same vehicle. And being a 4Runner, even the 10 year old model will still have miles and miles of life left on it.

And the crazy thing is they still sell well over 100k of these every year...despite being a 14-15 year old vehicle.

Former LC200 owner...we honestly ripped out the 3rd row because we valued the extra cargo space over the 3rd row seating, and I know many that also did the same for all the camping gear to schlep around. I obviously only speak anecdotally for myself, but I wonder if that’s the same message Toyota received.

Mother of God...
