A standard easter egg in Metroid games SINCE THE ORIGINAL has rewarded speed runners with a glimpse of Samus in a swimsuit, which is often even more revealing than this. Hell, the first instance of this is the moment everyone found out Samus was a girl to begin with!

Literally every Metroid game has rewarded speedy players with a more revealing look at Samus in a bikini after the closing credits.

Inside jokes are by definition confusing to other people.

Nintendo's just talking business-speak at this point, which is expected — the news is still too fresh in peoples' minds, so if they were to make an announcement for it now, there would inevitably be idiots trying to brand them as "cashing in on his death."

No, Avatar is worthless because of Ferngully.

Alabama's #1 pirated game is... the Sims 2, which is a decade old.

Played the original. Beat it twice. Platinum'd. Already got the sequel paid off. Can't wait.

The fact that system-exclusive games (timed or not) exist is a pretty silly reason not to support console gaming entirely. That's like saying you refuse to eat pizza because not all places offer the same toppings.

The line: "They mugged the people. Who needed proof?"

Actually, if you look at any officially-licensed variant edition of Monopoly, those four corners almost always remain the same. It might be some requirement in designing a new themed board that you keep those corners intact with the original artwork.

I find myself humming Tetris Theme A while arranging grocery items on the checkout belt.

I ran into a glitch where swapping out your secondary weapon in the middle of a spawn-restricted area wound up deleting all of your ammo for that weapon slot, regardless of what you equipped into it. Even if you swapped back to the original weapon afterwards, you were still zero'd out on ammunition.

I only somewhat agree with you on this. I was disappointed in that I was expecting something closer to Borderlands, where multiplayer was an option, but there was still a primary focus on the story-driven singleplayer.

The deviant members of the fandom aren't the problem. In truth, the furry fandom is completely benign and filled to the brim with legitimately good people. Its members are artists, illustrators, animators, craftsmen, costume designers, puppeteers, musicians, writers, professional mascots, or just simply fans of all of
