Someone pooped in your Cheerios this morning, didn't they?

What? I haven't deleted any responses. I didn't even know I could.

People, people: if this were the ONLY step he was taking as a result of all those meetings, then you'd have a reason to facepalm and go all "DAMMIT OBAMA" and whatnot.

Or, as the title announcer pronounced it, "BLRVVVDSS URVVFFSHTEERLLL." Another awesome game. I don't know which I liked better, the random fighting or the sh'mup halftime show.

Oh man. These screenshots are giving me crazy Ice Hockey flashbacks. Time to break out my NES when I get home tonight.

No, I'm.... pretty sure killing someone with a big rock just requires a big rock and a bad mood. There's very little skill when it comes to that.

My point is, if someone wants to hurt someone else and is mentally incapable of stopping themselves from doing so, they're going to do it one way or another. THAT is the real danger. Focusing just on guns is not curing the disease; it's just removing one potential tool of destruction from a list of countless others.

Or knives.

Oh, but don't forget: despite the watered-down gameplay and ludicrously inflated prices with overzealous in-app marketplaces, iOS and mobile gaming will kill the next generation of consoles and handhelds. It's true, I read it in an article somewhere.

An iPhone sequel is announced. In true iOS Sequel fashion, it's simply an "enhanced" version of the original's gameplay.

I could see that... having 10 character slots would at least allow for a bit of diversity in your equipped attacks. And Theatrhythm also pretty much did the same thing by not letting you choose which attack gets cast on the fly.

True, but a computer can't do what a Wii U does in terms of gameplay (not to mention the Miiverse is just too cool). And most importantly, Nintendo doesn't release PC games — and that is what makes the Wii U more valuable to me. Zelda, Metroid, Mario (and MarioKart), Pikmin... the list goes on.

Try about six figures in student loan debt. They were indeed life choices that I made, but I don't regret them at all. I found my career and my wife through college, and am now right where I want to be. Even if the money isn't quite there yet.

So it's an all-encompassing Final Fantasy game like Theatrhythm, but swaps out the musical gameplay for larger-scale ATB battles.

Agreed... this console generation should have ended in 2010. At least the Wii U is finally out, and in my opinion it's fantastic. Graphics-wise it might be only marginally better than the last generation, but the tablet controller and Miiverse more than make up for it.

I think you forgot the part where you tell me to die in a fire. I was actually waiting for it, too. Ahh well.

Actually, no... I said I felt sorry for those gamers like myself who would need to upgrade half the components on their PC to run it properly. In fact, in my case it'd be cheaper just to buy a new system outright.

To claim consoles have no place in the 2013 market is far more ignorant than anything I said above. All I said was I feel sorry for gamers (like me) who can't afford a new/upgraded PC, so they game on consoles. You just wrote off an entire sector of the gaming industry as if it were irrelevant.

Dammit, you're right! I'd use the cliché "I'm so mad I could spit," but my advanced idiocy due to decades of console gaming has hindered the development of my expectorate muscles. So I'll just sit here and drool while gazing slack-jawed at your immeasurable superiority.
