I think they both obviously make the difference but I think the crime against women factor plays a bigger role than the race factor. Look at Mike Tyson: black, convicted rapist, completely unrepentant and almost universally beloved.

Sometimes guys just take a strike right down the middle and it explains why they’re batting . 152. No big deal, really

You’re talking about two separate issues. There are plenty of “Jamals and Antoines” already getting the book thrown at them. The solution isn’t to let some spoiled white kid off the hook. Systemic racism is a much bigger problem than whether or not some dipshit judge is held accountable.

Unfounded accusations are hurtful...

ACTUALLY....

What the fuck do I have to do to get out of the grays around here? Fuck, man

This is an honest question, no snark intended: What constitutes “credibly accused”? It seems pretty subjective. I honestly don’t know when it’s ok to say “Yeah, that guy is a bag of shit and should be punished” vs “OK, is there any actual EVIDENCE to back up these very serious accusations?”

I, too, have been completely enlightened since birth. Hooray for us!

So there’s no championship game? Well, that’s fucking boring

SO MUCH SMUG!

This comment is criminally underrated

I have to stop watching this. I can’t keep from laughing and I don’t want to have to explain the context to my wife

It could be President!

Every large city has a substantial racist population. It’s not just exclusive to Boston, Philly, St. Louis, Chicago, LA, Kansas City, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Miami, New York, D. C., Baltimore, Indianapolis, Salt Lake City, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, Seattle, Austin, OKC, Detroit, Oakland, Las

Why is this post?

It’s not unreasonable to expect a grown man to behave like a grown man. Saying that it’s her fault for being around snowboarders is nothing more than victim blaming. It really is pretty simple: don’t be a fucking pervert. Treat people with respect.

This would make it not racist?

CAN’T YOU TWO SEE THAT YOU’RE IN LOVE WITH EACH OTHER?!

You’re doing the same thing. Both athletes were equally deserving, as determined by their peers. They tied, so they did a coin flip. A coin flip is as unbiased as it gets. Davis looks like a sore loser because he’s throwing his (impressive) accomplishments out there as if Hamlin’s were less so. That’s petty

Or Alex Rodriguez, Miguel Cabrera, prime Albert Pujols, Vladimir Guerrero...
