I think the indignant tone comes more from the thought process of "Oh, god dammit. Look, this could be a good idea, a great one even, but throwing this up on Kickstarter is just asking for a C&D. Do the people involved here not pay attention to anything else in the industry?"

So, you're okay with off topic posts, as long as they only cover topics you deem acceptable?

Oh, bullshit. You went to a party and people were smoking it?! God, you poor dear. Far be it for you to leave the room or something. Others must always think of you first, right?

Don't stand around people smoking it, then? That's not an option anymore?

It was more of metaphor for how they can smell drunk even hours after their last drink, rather than an attempt at a direct correlation. Pretty sure that was obvious.

Cool, this means I'm perfectly justified in getting alcohol banned because I absolutely hate the way drunks smell. Especially the heavy drinkers who may as well just sweat pure alcohol.

If you don't like off topic posts that aren't about video games, they made Kotaku Core just for you!

I'm going to guess we get something akin to the interactive comic ME2 had.

Qunari would be interesting. Even after two games, our knowledge of Qunari culture is still pretty limited, so it'd be pretty cool to see it from the inside.

No, wait, this isn't a cute and fluffy animal. Carry on.

I just want to make sure I understand the thought process here; You wanted to make a project based off another companies IP, you asked them a thousand times and yet received no go ahead, and somehow that translated into "we can do it".

Because people want that anonymity. There was a thing a while back where a company, Blizzard iirc, wanted to make it so you had to use your real name for their forums. People flipped out.

Or better yet, Fish could've just blocked Beer.

I hate myself, but that "So long...." comment was golden.

With this new evidence, we can now determine that the shark had kicked down two doors before landing on that.....whatever that was. Two doors requires two sound effects.

Now playing

I'm going to hazard a guess that they're funded by the Wayne Foundation?

Very good chance, I'd say. I liked Star Wars as a kid, but it was never all that big of a thing to me. But KOTOR is simply Bioware at it's best.

Happy birthday, Evan!

Sure you are, buddy. Sure you are. You keep telling yourself that enough times, and it may even be true one day.
