That's Monstro! And he's a whale of a whale!

There you go again, spouting off your inane opinion as indisputable fact.

Tomb Raider is in a weird spot because it sold really well, over 3 million copies. But the expectations for it were set at Call of Duty levels ( somewhere around 5 million copies) so the publisher behind it is considering it a failure. So even though it sold better than most games do these days, it still failed to

Yes, there is a livestream for PS3.

That's been the worst part of this whole Xbone mess. The news on what they're trying to do is bad enough, but even they can't seem to make up their minds on exactly how things will work. It seems like every day we get information that nullifies all the information we got the previous day.

I can understand and even agree with you for the most part, but I don't think hollywood actors should totally be disqualified from doing VA in games. I for one can't stand Jack Black, but would Eddie Riggs have been the character he was in brutal Legend if it wasn't for him? And about Hammil, what if someone had said

Not looking good for me.

I get annoyed when people like things I don't like as well. Who do these people think they are, all having their own opinions and everything. Don't they know that I'm the gamer everyone should aspire to be?

But what if we have played the old games, and we still enjoy the later ones more? Do our opinions have to match exactly with yours? What makes you so damn special?

Nope. I liked XIII. Not my favorite by a longshot, but still better than VIII. And XIII-2 was my almost my GOTY until The Walking Dead and Journey surpassed it.

As I have said repeatedly throughout this post, I've watched a lot of movies/tv shows based off books. Every time, I walk away disappointed because the show is inevitably not as good as the book.

Prepare to be upset. It's been getting compared to Paper Mario since it was first announced.

Thank ye gods! I was worried this was becoming vaporware. this sits firmly at he top of my list of games I'm looking forward to.

You do realize it's a TV show now, right? And people who partake in said tv show may not have read the books? Even long time book readers who just don't read fiction, or usually that type of fantasy fiction?

I know both of these facts. It doesn't change anything.

Buy the DVDs?

No. Not until after the show is completed.

I usually would. But just this once, I've decided I'm not reading the books until the show is over. I'd like to be able to enjoy the show for what it is, rather than spend the entire time comparing it to the book, which is almost always better. Is that so wrong?

That entire thing was an excellent read. Well worth it.

I thought that as well. $11/hour would be a good bit more than I've ever been paid. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe that was minimum wage in Texas, but if that's not the case then dude was lucky to be getting that much.
