I'm extremely happy for you Habby. This is just excellent news.

Ha! Real gamers don't even need a screen!
Having to use my account completely ruins the entire premise. This would screw me out of being able use my other features, such as Netflix.
You poor, poor lowly mortal.
If people really want to play a game, they should support the damn developers who made the game, otherwise said developers will slowly go out of business.
Finally! Now that it's being released for PS3, I can finally check this out for myself.
I have all the original books. Why then do I feel such a strong desire to buy these?! WHY?
Okay? That has exactly what to do with anything? Plenty of women play COD. Plenty of men who play COD would probably like a female character. Just because you have a target audience doesn't mean that every character in the game needs to be the same gender as the target audience.
Let me get this straight. Your argument is that, while the game is completely unrealistic in every other aspect, and even though there are women in the real world in combat situations, that because there aren't that many examples and you have anecdotal evidence to back it up, women soldiers would somehow make this a…
made to represent modern military, guns, gear, vehicles and soldiers
No problem. I don't particularly mind if there are no female soldiers in the games, the developers are free to develop the games they want to make. I just hate the "It's realistic!" argument.
Not really. Nothing about COD has ever been realistic. Not the gameplay, not the presentation, maybe the graphics.
I always love this argument, don't you? "But it's trying to be realistic!". Yea, if that were the case, everybody's characters would get shot once, die, and then never be able to be played again.
They just don't know what they're missing.
I'm going to have to respectfully disagree.
As to your first inquiry, the term I've seen most over my time here has been "kotakuites".
Who needs depth when you have 4 player local co-op play like the old Gauntlet games? Those games weren't exactly the deepest either, but some of my fondest gaming memories happened there.
Well, thank you for the most entertaining discussion of today. Don't quite think I've ever been accused of that one before.
Considering I don't work, I'm pretty sure I'm not a walking wallet. And considering I just returned from a day out with the guys while she stayed home with the kids, and am now going to spend the next 6 hours playing Bioshock Infinite, I'm pretty sure she isn't "ruling" anything.
Wow, damn you're drudging up some old articles.
