It may be "good, clean, innocent fun" to you. But if it reaches a level at which it infringes on the rights of others to enjoy the trip - as seems to have happened here - it isn't "good, clean, innocent fun" for others.

I don't believe my "tolerances" are any different than most others. However, I AM extremely mindful of those around me in these sorts of settings; being asked repeatedly to quiet down for the benefit of others around me would tell me that perhaps I need to rein it in a bit. You're disturbing other passengers - who were presumably also paying customers, and so entitled to enjoy their trip without the disturbance. When asked to respect the rights of other passengers, you had options. Frankly, I cannot imagine someone calling the police in this instance, unless threats were made.…
