I distinctly remember making fun of those “kids” in the early 2000's and feeing smug that I was past caring so much about trends.

Yep...I don’t remember anyone asking what 99% of these companies/brands thought about this. Maybe take that as a cue to stfu. 

Shouldn’t the penalty for cops actually be harsher? If you want the privilege our society bestows upon law enforcement you should also be willing to pay a higher price for your negligence. 

Knee-capping the progressive wing of her party only enabled Trump. Trump wanted to drive the country off the cliff and she just wanted to go back to the status quo. 

Nice to know racism and police brutality were defeated today. Thank you, George Floyd, for your sacrifice.

I read recently that Pelosi put her retirement plans on hold when Trump got elected. I’m having a really hard time understanding why because she didn't do shit and probably helped him at the end of the day.

I still don’t see why Chauvin didn’t offer to have someone kneel on his neck for 9 minutes to prove it was preexisting conditions that caused Floyd's death.

Me watching them lead Chauvin away in cuffs, no bail while they wait for sentencing, and knowing he’ll likely spend most of the rest of his life behind bars:

I have some hope. I don’t think we would’ve seen the same verdict had Trump still been in office.

Nike’s messing up big time. Yes, Kobe’s might not have been as desirable as other Nike basketball shoes when he passed away, but this would’ve been a great chance to build on his legacy. I guess they’re too busy laying people off and overpaying their executives. 

All four of my kids were super good sleepers from an early age. I always felt like I needed to keep my mouth shut around other parents who had issues getting their children to sleep consistently.

We pulled our four elementary school aged kids from school last spring, when we decided we’d rather pull our hair out homeschooling them than dealing with their school’s insane distance learning demands (and lack of support).

They said the same thing about seatbelts and now the government has to regulate it. You can get a ticket for not using your seatbelt because people are too stupid to use advances in automotive safety technology.

OH god. I’ve seen guys who look like this working as middle school PE teachers all too often. Once that afterglow of high school wears off.. sheesh.
