Adele has been open about basically making working out her hobby. It’s great that she’s open about the amount of effort her transformation required! But also, most people have jobs and stuff so they can’t just hit a Stairmaster whenever the urge strikes.

I don’t know anything about Bey’s pregnancies, but I agree with you on everything else. Eating clean and working out sure would be easier with personal chefs, trainers, and doctors at your beck and call that plan everything for you.

It’s kind of ridiculous that elected officials are pushing so hard for an unproven and likely dangerous medical procedure to be advertised to their constituents.

Sorry in advance for the rant, but it sucks that our expectations of pregnant women have gone from one controlling extreme to the next, because at 13 weeks, I personally would love if I could be in confinement and not ever be expected to leave the comfort of my bed/sofa.
