Besides, I think a lot of customers rank reliability higher than warranty coverage when they're shopping for a car.

At least it's current news.

I see watt you did there...

GM did a damn fine job idiot-proofing the Volt.

So 64kV are being recalled. (sorry I'm an engineer)

Your comments on the interior are really spot on. I bought a 2011 Golf TDI in 2011 for under $26k. The interior (and that was the Mk6, not this Mk7) was easily best in class and unbelievably comfortable.

Once the wife's van is closer to being paid off, I'm watching these closely to possibly buy in the next 3-4 years. After 20+ years of VW quirks and repair bills, I swore I was walking away from the brand forever. A month in the Honda induced such rage (mixed with narcolepsy) at the mediocre interior, paint, and

but if you were in yurrrrrrruppp.

What actually happened: The Hummer is possibly the most unreliable piece of crap I've ever owned.

What I thought would happen: I could walk down to the used Hummer store and pick up just any ol' example, because these things are ready for war, dammit, and so they must be robust, and sturdy, and tremendously reliable.

You haven't experienced the sheer majesty of a hummer until traveling vast distances on pot-hole ridden dirt roads in Afghanistan sitting on sand bags hoping an IED or mine doesn't give you an unsolicited prostate exam. Good times.

I can't trust anyone who writes "RIP In Peace".

RIP in peace? Rest In Peace, in peace?

...or any conversation with Clarkson. I mean, seriously, an argument with a producer? Really? That's just an everyday occurrence on pretty much any film set.

"fracas - a noisy quarrel" according to Webster dictionary, which is exactly how I'd expect a british fight to be described.

If you're going to keep me gray forever I might as well just start posting porno here.

Former car dealer dudes read it. You are spot on Steve.

I love reading your stuff, not because you are my enemy or anything but because you help me understand the mindset of my clientele. The more I know about them, the better

DUI, if it were me I would have done the same damn thing.
