I would, but I’m not adding another streaming service for one limited series.

The Trump administration is proof by default that the Kennedy assassination was the work of a lone madman. Deep state, second foundation, whatever it is, it would have acted by now.

Damn you Oregon Banksy and your ironically parked pickup as art!
“Drunk guy crashes car, blames Antifa”
...I don’t see how this is a story worth reporting.
Yes, the land yacht model is also a great alternative.
It’s such a weird car. The engine is a turd, the electronics are a nightmare, reliability is a joke; but it’s so weird looking and so comfy. Swapping in a modern drive train would be so cool I think, as long as you don’t lose the smooth ride.
I totally agree. The 5.0l 307 V-8 Olds was a solid motor. My parents had one in an 84 Riv. It was kind of a pooch off the line, passing gear was laughable, but it would hold 80 mph all day long.
It’s not a terrible car- it’s a pretty good car from a terrible era.
Bingo! Comfort > style.
My now wife drove a hand-me-down Riv when we were still dating. I laughed at how absurd it was until I rode in it. My VW Jetta-trained bod went into shock. It was a fun car until the axle sheared on the highway and the thing ‘went home’...
Riviera T-Type ftw!
This one of the engines I point to when talking about how far we have come in advancement and technology for power output. Not making them like they used to is exactly right. Oh and No Dice for this “Fayetteville Special”.
Only the 5.7 Olds Diesel could make this more malaise than it already is, and it’s pretty malaisical to begin with.
The Riviera was the feature car of this platform redesign which had nicer body styling with flowing contours, many rounded corners and edges and a nice hood. The Eldorado just had featureless slab sides and a flat plane hood. The Eldo looked like it was diced removing the dramatic powerdome hood and bladed fenders…
Based on the asking price for this vehicle, I think the person has a life time ban on buying spray paint.
This is the car the hated middle manager is driving in an ‘80s sitcom, right? It wants to be a high end cruiser but just doesn’t stand up to the Germans. Like the manager it thinks it is big man on the block when really it’s just a replaceable prop.
Had a girl once. Her dream consisted of the house on the hill and Caddy Eldorado with white convertible top and wire wheels. I think she just read that somewhere and repeated it as a sort of a joke. Even for a joke, she probably wasn’t thinking about those later ones.
How much should you pay for the best possible example of an undesirable car? For that much money, I want my old Caddy to be a classic boat. I’m talking ahuge V8, RWD, and enough interior space for an entire offensive line to stretch out and be comfy. No dice.
My very favorite is the Honda GooF 2.
