I liked Shang Chi

Now this is what you call mixed reviews.

Again, from your own citations., it was hardly prevalent. Nonexistent? no. Just not normal. And a lot of these are nonsexual violence and I was referring to the general tolerance for rock stars fucking underage girls and coercing women sexually that existed.

Bands people actually remember. Although I do like Jackie Blue

Why do you think that? What events or evidence do you have?

I would have included the 80's but by the 90's I think it did mostly stop.

That’s not where the money went.

If I am reading correctly, it was $25M for one episode, not per episode.

I have found that the shows are entirely dispensable.  None of them are integral viewing (although I still watch all of them). The movies barely reference stuff from the shows.

Oh yeah, when I saw him in Another Period, I immediately recognized him.

Oh, 100%. It was either going to be super-tragic, or possibly something that most of us would not have thought twice about except for his own internal issues.

I liked it. It was also my first exposure to Brett Gelman and Laura Benanti.

18 episodes sounded like a lot, but I am hoping it ends up being at least 10. These 6 episode shows just end up being one extended movie.

What he said was akin to “water is wet”. Why the reaction?

Didn’t have camera presence? She definitely had camera presence.

I mean I believe any SAG member can host, they just cannot promote any projects they are in or have upcoming. I would say making jokes about the lack of interest in a work that was released months ago does not count.

They have turned more progressive over the last decade.

Again, if you have watched over the last decade, their views have changed. Modestly maybe.

That has evolved over the years. They have not taken the side of not caring in a while.

I thought they were learning that from the Suits numbers.
