Well It would be incredibly stupid and unpopular to simply do a series that was a miniseries version of the existing movie. Unless you are going to do something new, what is the point? 

They do charge per screen and then offer multiple screen packages. Making those screens be in the same household greatly reduces the value of multiple screen packages.

Whether the three individuals using the password cohabitate or not is irrelevant. If it’s only used by three people and it is not used on more than three devices at a time, the streamer has no case.

No, I don’t think you understand. You pay for up to 3 screens simultaneously. I can watch on any of a dozen devices if I watch sequentially. There is absolutely no reason why the three simultaneous screens have to be under one roof. I also think you might be a shill for a streaming service.

I have not heard anything about this, but I assume you mean that Netflix will have a nonexclusive license to stream them. They certainly won’t be leaving Disney+. 

But what is “sharing passwords” If I get three screens for my subscription, then that should be able to be split and shared over three people in three locations.  

It does not end on a cliffhanger. You can watch the first season as a single story.
