It’s precisely because opioids were overly prescribed by doctors that they were a problem. Doctors need to be held to a different standard when they are writing prescriptions. Having said that most people who take opioids, like most people who have used heroin, do not become addicted.

Is that definite? Shit.

I am speaking more generally as I have not seen the third season of the Wire yet. If producers have to be licensed, I prefer ensuring minority owned businesses get the licenses. Any generic pharmaceutical company should be able to sell it and or manufacture products with whatever drug they want to sell in it.

Fully decriminalized = legal.

I would happily have an injection site next door to me.

Most of the problems with drug abuse occur because of its illegality and stigma.

Quite the opposite. Most of the violence that occurs, occurs because drugs are criminalized.

Happy for a number of these shows to be returning, but surprisingly pleased to see “How To” and Miracle Workers in the returning shows. I had no idea when either was returning, although I know Miracle Workers was completed and set to air 6  months ago and then I heard nothing after that.

He wrote the script.

This is what I am hoping,

I liked Authority better when Millar took over, which surprises me as much as anyone. I love Planetary, but Ellis’ Stormwatch and Authority was mostly just OK, with a few high points for me.

I don’t know about that. I think it would have to be several seasons. Most of the references they make are references to other characters and not the characters themselves. And many issues focus on other fantastic fiction of the 20th century outside of comics.

So, it seems like it’s all in his head. Regardless, without a test, we don’t know. We just know Liam’s paranoid and self-destructive viewpoint.

Did he die in show? I have not watched since the original run. I was even thinking “Did he die off screen at one point?”

Yes, but will Starburns be there.

Right Right Right.  I didn’t connect that right away.

Actually “self-reflexive” is fine here. That actually made sense.

Miller?

Ah. Thanks.

Who was canceled?
