That Borg Queen was the last surviving member of her Borg collective from the Dark Earth timeline. Further, the queen had merged herself with an entirely different entity. It literally changes nothing about any prior Borg encounters.

I think it’s one thing to recognize the sex tape violation and her treatment because of it. But if that never happened, she was never a serious actress; she was never going to be more than a mediocre B-movie actress. The tape release did not affect that.
