Beak/Shield < Diamond Pentagon < most other grilles

There were rumours that with the elimination of the coupe body style that Honda would finally offer an SI hatch again, but they decided against that, presumably to push people up into an Integra.

It just seems like they eliminated the Civic SI hatch to save a market for the new Integra. If you really want a warm Honda hatchback, you now will have to spend an extra ~$3000 and get the Integra.

If Lancia really wanted to make waves and built credibility, they should announce an EV pickup truck

The issue I see though is that the VIN indicates the year of manufacture (10th digit). The VIN doesn’t only exist on just one tag on the cowl that can be affixed once the last chip is installed and the truck is ready to sell.

How will these trucks be titled as far as year of manufacture?

Since it’s Subaru branded, they probably intended for it to seal dog food bags, not chips

How about a Volvo P1800 or 1800ES?

I haven’t forgotten about the Granite concept, and was hoping it would end up coming to market as a modern Honda Element with some more off-roading pretensions. Small off-roady boxes are great

It was partially due to the seal swell rate of petroleum vs synthetic oil in the past. Seals absorb a small amount of oil and swell up a bit because of that. The thinking was if you switch to a synthetic that could absorb into your seals more easily, the seals would swell bigger and then be worn to fit over the course

I’m not familiar with those trailers, but keep in mind that building material prices have gone through the roof during that same period. I work at a custom steel fabrication facility and the price of steel has tripled since this time last year. Plus the cost of wood shot up also.

How come in all the muddy press photos the front light bar is always perfectly clean? Did they apply a hydrophobic coating to it to keep it clean, or is it part of the whole media circus to make sure every photo opportunity has a clean front signature light bar?

I work at a custom metal fabrication shop and the price of 3003 utility aluminum sheet has gone up almost 50% since last year, while hot rolled steel sheet has gone up 3x it’s price since last year.

I’m sure Stanley/Black&Decker are pleased to hear this.

Speaking of syrup...Canada actually has a stockpile equivalent to 4 average years of the WORLD’S maple syrup consumption. That stockpile is kept safe in the event of a few bad seasons decreasing supply and causing prices to surge. If that weren’t crazy enough, there was a heist at the syrup stockpile and someone stole

The same was also true of the Focus RS. The Canadian market ones were considerably cheaper when exchange rate was accounted for, plus all Canadian market FoRS came with a spare set of aluminum wheels with snow tires in the trunk.

Mandarin Restaurant is still around, but the cost has become astronomical. All-you-can-eat dinner, on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Holiday evening is $35 CDN per adult, not including drink/tip/tax.

I’m envisioning a Ford F-150 Lightning with both MAGA and COEXIST bumper stickers on it.

As I understand it, the gas that inflates airbags is just nitrogen, which is totally safe as our atmosphere is 78% nitrogen. Yes, the gas in an airbag is hot, but it’s not toxic.

My sister-in-law’s boyfriend is planning on trading in his 2018 Mustang GT for a 2022 Camaro ZL1 1LE and I’ve put the bug in his ear that a CT5-V Blackwing 6MT (especially in the limited availability Dark Emerald Frost and bronze wheels), will be a better daily driver and a more collectible car in the future.
