I have the same item and have used it numerous times to make pancake triangles. You can put a sausage in it and have sausage stuffed pancake triangles. BUT as noted above, do not overfill!!! SCANT amounts!
These are always dumb things. I grew up in NC and still live there. I have had biscuits at MANY dinners, potlucks, etc but we never had them at Thanksgiving. Dinner rolls always.
Was going to say something similar. I LIKE the part of trying to keep the temp consistent, walking outside 200 times to check the temp, grabbing another beer for several of those walks. I do not begrudge anyone using technology to make good eats so encourage those who want one to get one, use it, and make great BBQ.
