I’m going to disagree with you on the explosive vapors. You need a certain ratio where it’ll be explosive - and outside it you’re not going to get a boom.

It’s unlikely the tank would have ruptured - they’re open to ambient pressure. (Otherwise when descending from altitude they’d crumple.)

But was it wrapped in a twist of lemon?

In a lot of cases I’m seeing used hardbacks going for much less than the ebook. Then it all depends on how long you can wait for gratification.
