This is what I have been told by many people, and even reading books about financial management, this is and will always be the best way to buy cars.

Funny you should mention this. I’ve had to tow a few cars that were high-centered on medians when there was just enough snow to cover the curbs. Still not sure why they didn’t drive where the normal tracks are, not where the fresh powder was.

My family is one that likes to buy cars with cash and run them till the wheels fall off. My dad bought a brand new 2001 F150 at the tail end of 2000, and gave it to me when I was in high school in 2006. This truck sits in my garage in near perfect shape, even after lift kits and off-road accessories, and 2 minor

To the best of my knowledge everything pre 6.7L was international. Including 6.4, 6.0, 7.3..

yessir! But I did forget that 100% of those that built the car are gearheads and wouldn’t look down at the tac because the tracks are way too tight.

You’ll figure it out shortly, but the car should have a limiter/ fuel cut programmed it. It shouldn’t be a problem to bounce it off a few times off the limiter. My racecar has a honda F4i 600CC motorbike engine in it with a factory limiter of like 14,000 rpms. It’s currently reprogrammed to 11k and have no worries

I got into 3D printing this year, so I saved myself a bunch by printing a bunch of gifts. If I bring my own filament to the library I can print for free. I scored some dividends on my Acorns account which is always a plus.

Typically most active (not sold to alumni) cars are stored at the school, but we (alumni that were on FSAE teams) think the perps stole the trailer for the trailer, not the racecar, it was just a freebie inside.

SCCA has a special class just for FSAE cars. Theres a lot of alumni around the US that race previous year cars. That and parting out the motorcycle engine or making it a fancy go cart is about all the options left.

I’ve had a Fitbit Surge for 1.5 years and its been great! A downside I have found is the charging port is unique to it, so if you lose the cable you’ll have to order a new one. I’ve used it to track bike rides, runs/jogs around the neighborhood, other cardio activities, it also lets me know when I’m recieving a phone

I just hit 120k miles on the prius this morning and still running strong. The clearcoat is peeling BAD on the roof and has spread to the rear quarter panels and above the doors (mostly due to a harsh hailstorm from 3 years ago, yup, it took 3 years for it to actually start bubbling and peeling). So I will wait till

Hey thanks for the reply! Did you look around at other websites like Etsy before you signed up? I can understand the pre-established site vs. creating new, but what about the existing sties?

This is some good info! Do you have any experience with Etsy? Or know how this compares to Etsy? I’ll be doing some additional research on the two and determine my entry barriers to the market.

I guess I’m one of “those” guys. The TJ backseat is too hard to get into so I’d go with a 4 door. Rubicon to get the fancy axles, diff lockers, swaybar disconnect. Do notice I kept the regular plastic fenders and bumpers, those would get upgraded first thing. Plan is to use it as an Expedition rig because the Raptor

My mom’s new Subaru Forester (I had no opinion in what my dad bought her), has the lane keeping and auto-cruise. The Cruise is awesome in bumper-to-bumper traffic. You can set it to 1 or 2 or 3 car lengths between you and the car in front. I set it to 80 (speed limit in Texas is 70-75), and in traffic it will slow

the 3V is what killed it. the 4V in the Expedition and Navigator was much better. the 01/04 2V V8 engines are really good (of course thats my opinion and quite a bit of people that are on the forums).

A few months ago I got myself a used Axial SCX10. What a blast that thing is, especially doing legit crawling not just bashing into everything. My only downside to the Traxxas is the hard body. It’s a tad too nice for me if I were to flip it and crash it into rocks.

x2. my prius tires are a lot cheaper than 35" M/Ts on my truck.

Look at all those perfect zippers! Also when the light turns green everyone starts moving which is entirely nonexistent.

I’ve seen this and an added bracket (the U-shaped bracket you use to screw pipes to wall with) that the end of the kickstand fits into so that if the bike does shift or someone bumps it, the puck stays under the kickstand. Great idea for Christmas gifts too :)
