It was MUCH better pre-Amazon buy-out. Now, a lot of the deals aren’t much different than the Amazon Warehouse deals but without the Prime shipping. But you can find deals that are worth the $5 shipping if you keep an eye on it and do a little research.

Unless they can prove that HE is breaking it (like putting his body weight on it) then yes, they need to keep fixing it until it stops breaking or the warranty expires.
