Moisturize that stuff, hun. I used to have dry skin there, too and was all, “What is this nonsense?” I used some Ponds moisturizer at night really rubbing it in, and it’s never come back, EVER. Save yourself the trouble, and the redness!

I remember when I was little, The Speaker of the House was something amazing to me (course it was Tip O’Neill). Three places away from being President. Somehow after Boehner and now Ryan, the position just seems like a joke to me. It’s a disgrace what that position has devolved into.
