OK.

This is just as annoying, in the opposite way, as the articles that fellate Apple. Can’t someone just write something...oh I don’t know, that isn’t so agenda based?

Also spumoni is delicious. +1

You’re right. The same way that nobody that wasn’t personally affected by 9/11 has a right to find strength in tragedy. Excellent point.

A couple things.

Barry it was legal to film opposing teams signals from 2000 to 2006. In 2007 it was still legal, but only from a smaller subset of places. That’s what the Patriots did wrong. Both the ESPN story and your assessment thereof ignore that fact. I’m shocked that ESPN failed to accurately represent spygate! So, so shocked.

But, it was. Up until 2006 it was legal from the sidelines. After that it wasn’t legal from the sidelines anymore, and was prohibited from the other locations you mentioned. Prior to that it was completely legal and permissible, and that’s the exact reason the NFL sent the memo you mention.

As an undoubtedly unbiased Patriots fan living in Denver, this is all 100% true.

And Kenny Irwin, and Tony Roper (all in 2000). Among others, anyway.

I’m SHOCKED the buyers guide for this wasn’t simply: “Don’t.”

Don Orsillo is bad. He is bad at his job. The only reason Red Sox fans (me included) give him any credit, is because baseball is more boring than golf to watch on television, and Orsillo is a mediocre-to-decent distraction from the game. But maybe that makes him good at his job because the Red Sox are awful and so is

It’s been probably 20 years since I’ve read Z for Zachariah, so I’m not super ashamed in admitting I don’t remember what the book is about. A little, but not super. Does the movie generally follow what the book was actually about?

The outermost layer is a non structural ply and is the one that usually pops. To have all three layers break is virtually impossible.

As a Patriots fan, I love this.

I understand that Schefter is generally a decent dude, but he’s specifically citing league sources in saying that Brady would accept a ban, as long as it doesn’t come with the whole “Okay the Wells Report is right” deal. The NFL intentionally leaked information they knew to be false, about the pressure of 11 of 12

I think you got that last sentence backwards.

I see what you did there, and I like it.

ESPN is still in the initial stages of investigating if hockey is, in fact, an actual sport that they should cover.
