No. That will never happen. Unless you count in our dreams.

I understand your points and I think they're valid, but in terms of large-scale implementation, we'll just have to agree to disagree. I also don't see this kind of legislation being passable at this point. At all.

Meh, maybe. I've been out of school too long to remember the details, and I don't feel like googling right now.

I agree that the insurance market and health care service market is hugely flawed because of the lack of comprehensive, reliable information about the product and the consumer (hence why it doesn't behave like a normal good, etc. etc.). And I like your ideas in theory (and would also prefer a single payer system, but

Hawaii is the only state that requires employers to cover the vast majority of their workforce, so most of the workers at CVS probably don't meet the hourly requirements for coverage. But this is how it goes for many, many industries with non-traditional hours and shift work and such.

That kind of intense process would be hugely, hugely difficult for low-income people (both the work-up requirements and the opt-out penalties are economically regressive as fuck), transportation-challenged people, etc.

THAT IS TERRIFYING.

It's bad science reporting. The sample size is tiny, the reporting itself is unclear, and yes, correlation does not equal causation. Does it raise an interesting and potentially sensible point? Sure! Doesn't mean it's not bad science and bad reporting. This study isn't anything we could ever use for a data set or

I have no idea what's wrong with me, but I find every iteration of Theon hot. Like, he is TERRIBLE. What is wrong with me?

Why is Jon Snow pouting and shoving his hands in his pockets when everyone else is smiling and arm in arm? Stop pouting, Jon Snow, you chose winter beyond the wall, dude.

She just wants to win. She only liked him again when she saw him with a new girl, and then again when he became wildly successful. Even if it's not the money specifically, it's her need for him to love her. He's not a real person to her in this scenario, she's just using him as a flattering reflection of herself.

If that's what being gracious to an ex looks like, I must not have understood the word before. Gracious is not a word I'd ever associate with Marnie. Good lord.

This comment made me laugh harder than anything else on the internet today. I imagine you saying it in the same voice I use for my cat when he's done something stupid. "Franklin, for fuck's sake, the litter box was two inches away and you chose the floor."

I will always prefer running outside, but the treadmill certainly has its place in my life, and I've had many a wonderful run on a 'mill. As long as the weather permits, I do my longer runs outside (14 miles on a treadmill is booooooooooring), but I regularly use the treadmill for intervals/speed work.

Pretty sure you can (legally) consent to sex with people your own age; not so much to adults.

I've always wondered why "Oh my god!" is my default phrase during sex, and now I know it's way more literal than I ever imagined.

I mean, it's been a while, but for me, 22 was a lot more drunk and lot less rich.

I turned 29 recently, and even 25 feels like a lifetime ago. A lot of stuff happens in your 20s - I live across the country from where I did at 25, I have completely different friends, I do not have the same serious boyfriend, I'm in a totally different profession with a graduate degree I never expected under my belt.

Because ladies are inherently designed for sexual viewing, OBVIOUSLY. :-/

I am cracking open a beer now. I invite you to do the same. This is some bullshit.
