The man had zero excuse for how bad BvS was and the problems it created for the overall narrative are what made Justice League DOA.

I remember two parts of the original film that while I was watching it, made me go, “Well okay, that part was good and was added by someone who understood the source material.”

This also just reinforces, there wasn’t a Snydercut before. It wasn’t ready to go or it’d have been out the door. He’s had to do millions in new shoots. This just shows how little was usable in the can when he was fired.

The HBO execs who green lit this could only hope for that. It’s going to be so much worse.

I kind of like it just because of how ridiculous it looks. 

Please, this won’t be as bad as the original version. It’s going to be infinitely worse. The Justice League was a disjointed mess, that was clearly made by two different directors, but there were actually parts in it that were fun. This is just going to be more of Zack Snyder’s usual, self-serious, teenage edgelord…

Anja Joy Taylor’s “Russian” accent was freaking terrible. Holy crap, every time she spoke it was like nails on a chalkboard. 

So Snyder just told the art department to design Steppenwolf and then forgot to tell them to stop?

unless they changed it for the movie, that’s what she’s supposed to be.

She’s great in Emma., too. I feel like everyone’s been watching The Queen’s Gambit (deservedly so), but not enough people saw Emma..

“Underwhelming” is a really nice way of putting it. I watched New Mutants a few weeks ago hoping it would be a good enough movie to just enjoy.
