I think they’re adding in events as they come (well partly to give them more dev time) mostly to keep time travelers from spoiling everything for everyone else. I think after the first year, maybe second if they want to give B-tier events/holidays some love, the pace will significantly slow down.

I’m hoping for quality of life updates down the road like what’s in those video mockups. There’s so many little things in game I’d like them to fix but they haven’t yet. But so far they seem to just be adding seasonal events with the occasional fix.
