I think “severity of abuse” is also crappy determining factor because you can’t measure trauma based on the act perpetrated, but I get you need something. I think everyone has a right to defend themselves but I think HOW you do it says a lot. With that said, havent there been rumors about his creepiness for years? I try to take gossip with a grain of salt but, at the same time, if its pretty consistent for years then it gets harder to deny as just gossip.
