This all day long. My dad is 67 and he got participation trophies when he was a kid. They were boring trophies that had his name, the team he played for, and the year he played on etched onto it. It was a memento, not an achievement.

A lot of them. Think family diners/restaurants in small towns. When I was in my early twenties, I cooked at one of these and two of the waitresses were 15 when I started. It was literally the only place in the ridiculously small town they could walk to since they weren’t yet legal driving age.
