I think it depends on how it is said and particularly in what type of situation. If I get cut off while driving and let’s say the windows are down, if I said, “oh what a cocksucker” or EVEN with the windows up and the guy maybe almost caused a bad accident, I’m basically calling the guy a scumbag not saying he sucks…

I agree there’s a world of difference between this and what Pillar said, but for “cocksucker” to really work as an insult, it sorta requires some basis in either homophobia or sexism, right? It does seem like it’s a bit of a stretch to just flat out label this a homophobic remark though.
