I stopped the video at "call it what you want, but men have a higher sex drive." Ok, I'll call it what I want - just as Lindy points out - women are socially conditioned to not initiate sex and to view themselves as devalued when they have it.

They are... unfortunately, none of mine have been particularly blissful. My first had more symptoms that were less intense, and this one was just one real symptom (nausea), but bad and for a long time. (Now I'm actually feeling pretty good!)

I've been told that every pregnancy is different though. I was the easy one (of course I was) where she had lots of energy the whole time, my brother made her feel ill for the whole 40+ weeks, and she gained a lot of weight with my sisters and just felt...sluggish.

I am someone who does not care for being pregnant, so surrogates boggle my damn mind. I know there are women with mythical glowing happy pregnancies—power to them, but it's seriously beyond my experience and understanding...

Spoken like a true Hufflepuff. You know, I really doubt Pattinson's commitment to sparkle motion.

Janelle Monae is pure class. And now I have to go listen to the rest of that album.

Don't be scared. It gets better I swear. I was scared too and this birthday put me closer to 60 than I was to 50....it's great! Your prerogatives change. When you imagine yourself older you are doing it with a 39 year old mind and it's hard to picture being grey and saggy and what ever else you think being old will

I have been saying this for a long time. BUTTER. Butter is better than margarine. Having butter on bread is not making you fatter. It is more delicous. I think if people just enjoy the food they have, they are less likely to become fixated with it.
Greek yogurt? Or that low-fat vagina yogurt that tastes like crap.

Full fat drinker and proud of it. So there!

Don't forget constantly dealing with insulin spikes from eating 'diet foods' that lead to more snacking and calories. Because thanks to believing that everything had to be low-fat, instead of people moderating total consumption of certain foods they buy them low-fat which means more carbs and sugar.

Mmmm, whole fat yogurt....

I would also point out what I call the Lean Cuisine effect, where mostly overweight people are eating the low fat crapp food to begin with and those not overweight eat a normal diet of normal food with no concern over the fat content.

Nachos are always the answer.

All clothes are for everyone. All colors are for everyone. Look at the old 1970 Lego ad. The one with the little red haired girl. Look at her clothes. Things weren't always so damned prissy and pepto-bismol for girls. And actually, I would argue HE is the one forcing this little girl into a box and limiting her. Dress

It's insane. Non-functional in the extreme, and designed to keep new users away. That can't be the intent, since as I understand it, these sites make their ad revenue by page click, but it's the effect.

Yes, I feel like there are no groups. The last person just goes to the end of the pile...which isn't great when I'm trying to follow a specific thought or person...

This I literally have no understanding of how they're grouping conversations anymore. it's literally giving me migraines.

By the sounds of it, it's gonna be a heck of a lot worse.

It's my birthday! I got everything I wanted. All my family and friends joining me later for some outside drinking now that it's warm. I got to go to Popeye's Fried Chicken, don't judge me, I LOVE their beans and rice. Then off to Home Depot for some chalkboard paint and a new grill. Best of all? My stepdaughter gave

Are greys and non-greys still going to be a thing with the new Kinja? I myself am still a lowly grey, and I'm wondering how the change will affect my second class status.
